Who you are buying from

Digital Dame Systems is me, Alicia Franklin. If anything goes wrong, or you are unsure about something before you buy, write to digitaldamesystems@gmail.com and a person will answer…not Fin.

What you get, and when

Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip. The free guides, the Playbook and the Tutorial are digital files, delivered the moment payment goes through — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. The Tutorial also includes the skill as a ZIP file you install yourself.

The Setup Hour delivers a one-page PDF carrying a booking link. You pick your own time from my calendar.

Refunds

Because these are files you keep, sales are final — with two exceptions:

A file that will not open, or the wrong file. Tell me and I will send the right one, and if I cannot make it work, I will refund you.

An accidental duplicate purchase. Tell me and I will refund one purchase.

Please email me before opening a dispute with your card issuer. A chargeback to one’s merchant account is never pleasant. Besides, I provide refunds as described above.

The Setup Hour

Reschedule with reasonable notice and there is no charge to move to another date.

The call is recorded on Google Meet. You get the recording, so you can watch it again, and so there is a record of what was said during the meeting. Booking the appointment is your agreement to be recorded.

The Setup Hour is a lesson in the software and the method. It is not a consultation about your case or the law.

What these products will and will not do

They are organizing tools and a working method. They are not legal advice. They do not tell you what the law is, they do not tell you what to do in your matter, and they are not a substitute for a lawyer — they name the moments to go and get one.

Nothing here promises you a result. Nobody can promise you that, not even an attorney.

Everything in these products comes out of one person’s matter. Your own procedural rules and the orders in your case govern, and where they differ from anything I have written, they win. Check before you rely on it. That is the whole method, and it applies to me too.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force on the day you bought.
